Information you provide

Newsletter subscriptions include your email address and chosen topics. Comments and news tips may include the name, contact details and message you submit. We use this information to deliver requested updates, moderate contributions and respond to enquiries. Approved comments are public; avoid including private information in them.

Site activity and cookies

The site uses cookies and browser storage for sessions, security and preferences. Article readership statistics include views, referral sources, reading times and approximate country. Country lookup uses an IP address locally; the readership feature does not store that IP address. Hosting infrastructure may also process technical request information to operate and protect the service.

External services

Hosting and email services process information needed to provide the site and newsletter. Embedded videos, externally loaded fonts, payment tools and links to X or Substack may connect to other providers. Their own privacy notices apply to information they receive. PayPal handles donations; GoodReport does not receive your card details.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe using the link in newsletter emails and manage cookies through your browser. To ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or request deletion, email goodreportblog@gmail.com. Some information may need to be retained to operate the service, resolve issues or meet applicable obligations.
